New Menu Arrives at Basilico
The 2024 update to the menus of Basilico introduces over 20 new dishes diverse from starters to main courses and desserts.
On the one hand, our talented team of chefs tries to emphasize and make the best out of many Italian favourite ingredients such as salmon, cheese, truffle, pasta. On the other, diners can enjoy clever tweaks to classic recipes of Italy, including dishes like Lobster ravioli with dried chilli creamy sauce, Iberico steak with vegetables ragout, or Smoked salmon pizza on crunchy poppy seed crust.
As always, Basilico's delightful choices of desserts from tiramisu, the new panna cotta, to scoops of gelato, and our extensive list of wines will be the perfect companions for your dining experience.
